When I started JWF over 22 years ago I did it with one thought in mind and that is to find out what the customer needs and to grow and change to meet those needs. Today we are over 400 employees strong and have over 800,000 square feet of capacity. Today’s need is to be able to produce your product quickly enough to get to the front line in order to protect our troops. We have taken every constraint that is in industry and come up with a solution and not just our armor solution for our troops. We’ve come up with solutions where we don’t have material constraints and we don’t have an employee constraint. We have established our own college accredited welding school. We have handled every restraint and have a solution for that, just like we will have a solution for your constraint in your market. We are geared and ready to be you’re "Force Multiplier".

Prior to joining JWF Defense Systems I was Vice President and General Manager for one of the top three Defense Contractors in the world. When I joined the company I was taken aback by not only the 800,000 square feet of space that we have for production but more importantly by the dedication of our employees. They understand that the quality of our products and services directly affect the safety of our troops.
